Vendor Lead Management Services
Vendor Lead Management Services (VLMS) is CUnet’s core Managed Service offering. This Service combines the expertise of our account management team with the technology of our Vendor Lead Management System. With the VLMS, your school is able to truly take control of your lead generation environment.

VLMS Functionality Overview

Lead Generation based on school enrollment/start goals
A customized media plan is created and implemented based on the specific enrollment and start goals of the school. Analysis and recommendations are made on a consistent basis to ensure maximum ROI.

Tiered Cost Per Lead (CPL) pricing
With the understanding that not all leads are created equal, CUnet has the ability to implement a tiered CPL pricing model with lead providers. Armed with this marketing intelligence, we can ensure that a school is paying the right price for the right leads.

Vendor Management
Our VLMS team works with dozens of vendors on behalf of dozens of schools every day. Their knowledge of the market place and ability to leverage thousands of leads allows for more effective management of your lead sources.

Comprehensive Lead Management Technology
Our state-of-the-art lead management tool features a Control Panel that allows both the school and the CUnet account manager with complete visibility into every aspect of their lead generation program. The tool provides:
  • Automatic receipt of leads from vendors.
  • Automatic de-duping, bad lead rejection and labeling of leads.
  • Automatic integration of leads into your CRM or SIS. (e.g. CampusVue)
  • Full reporting capabilities to include lead, conversion and cost per result.
  • Automatic integration with CUnet or 3rd party call center.
  • Web-based login providing access from any location.

Lead Qualification and Verification
Acting fully on your behalf, CUnet will ensure that all leads meet your specific requirements. That includes (but is not limited to), age, level of education, defined geographic boundary, GPA, contact information. (e.g. email, cell phone)

Reporting
CUnet provides detailed reports that clearly displays the lead environment. Included in the reporting are real-time lead volumes by campus, vendor, time-frame, program, etc. You will be able to see at any time which vendor is sending which lead to which campus. You are also able to see “bad” lead levels by campus and program. When client-provided enrollment data is included, the reporting indicates conversions by vendor, program, location, etc.

End of the month lead reconciliation and payments
A major task for many schools at the end of each month is identifying duplicate/ “bad” leads. The typical process is manual and requires a school to spend hours at the end of each month trying to receive credit for these leads. Getting credit for duplicate and “bad” leads is an automated process which eliminates any involvement for the school. In addition, all invoices will be paid by CUnet. You will simply pay one invoice. Compliance
Your school will benefit from our internal Compliance/Better Practices Department, which ensures that all lead sources represent the school appropriately through their vast channels, portals, and sites. Whether it’s making sure updated programs are listed, approved logos are used, or accreditation verbiage is properly displayed, we maintain correct and consistent placements because our staff is specifically trained to seek these errors and preserve the accurate information.

Both your team and the CUnet account manager will monitor and control the vendor and lead environment. The Account Manager is also the daily point of contact to continually evaluate and adjust the program towards goals that are often changing during each term.
